PAIA information manual

Spendful operates Spendful. The address for notices is South African physical address to be published before launch. The Information Officer can be contacted at privacy@spendful.com.

The operator must replace the placeholder address and legal entity value with verified company details before launch and must publish the current PAIA manual in the form required by the Information Regulator.

This page is a public information guide, not a substitute for the operator's complete PAIA manual. It describes the categories of records Spendful may hold and how to request access to records under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA), subject to its requirements and grounds for refusal.

• Company, service and legal records, including policies and agreements.
• Account, authentication, support and billing records.
• Financial records entered or imported by an authorised account holder.
• Technical, security, audit and operational records.
• Records processed by service providers on Spendful's behalf.

Send a written PAIA request to privacy@spendful.com. Identify the record requested, the requester, the preferred form of access and the right or interest relied on where PAIA requires it. We may require the prescribed form, proof of identity, a request fee or an access fee, and will respond within the statutory period or notify you of a lawful extension.

Requests for your own personal information may also be made under POPIA and should be sent to the same contact. Access may be refused where PAIA or another law protects the information, including another person's personal information, confidential information or security-sensitive material. Reasons and available remedies will be provided where required.
